The Esaote MyLab 30CV Ultrasound Machine is portable and designed as a high-end cardiovascular portable ultrasound system, but with added options it has full shared service capabilities, including a biplane endocavity probe for urologists.
One of the more unique features is a linear transducer that operates at up to 18 MHz, targeting the rheumatology market and other superficial imaging. Also unique is that it has two transducer ports, while most portable ultrasound machines for sale only have one. This is a helpful feature that is often overlooked. For cardiovascular solutions, there are a variety of linear and phased array probes, and includes integrated Stress Echo, laparoscopic, and TEE transesophageal transducers.

Compass M-Mode, TVM
The innovative Compass M-Mode tool allows up to two M-Mode lines to be placed and multiple measurements to be made on one image without moving the patient, an ideal approach to increasing patient throughput while maintaining diagnostic precision. Based on the Doppler effect, the TVM (Tissue Velocity Mapping) modality color-codes the instantaneous tissue velocity for the LV analysis and allows the user to trace and quantify the real-time data to provide more detailed information for precise and reliable diagnoses.
The Esaote MyLab 30CV is available with several advanced software packages as options for non-invasive assessment of myocardial function. The Stress-Echo package with programmable protocols and multi-format reviewing capabilities is ideal for the accurate monitoring of all cardiovascular pathologies. The innovative XStrain™ technology provides an advanced and angle-independent, 2D imaging-based tool for analyzing myocardial velocities, strain and strain rate detection.

Esaote proprietary CnTI™ (Contrast Tuned Imaging) provides high performance contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging with second-generation contrast media and is available on all Esaote MyLab 30CV convex, linear and phased array probes. Intermittent and real-time low-MI modalities give optimal results in left ventricle opacification (LVO) and myocardial perfusion analysis, both in rest and stress examinations. Thanks to the real-time archiving capability, clinical data (image and video clips) can be easily stored and then exported for further evaluation.
Data Management, MyLab Desk
The new embedded data management software, common to the MyLab platform, allows images and video clips to be stored in real time, reviewed, exported in different formats and finally printed out on different DICOM and PC Printers, via direct, network and even wireless connection.
