The SC-331S combines the best of Tanita’s traditional FDA cleared single frequency professional grade body composition analysis, with our unique Wrestler Mode and Kids Body Fat features.  With its built-in thermal printer, review total body composition readings including: Weight, Fat %, Fat Mass, Total Body Water, Muscle Mass, Basal Metabolic Rate, Bone Mass, a unique Visceral Fat indicator, Body Mass Index, and much more.  It also includes helpful healthy range Indicators that automatically compare several key measurements to their respective healthy range.

Wrestling Mode allows you to educate your student wrestlers on the Minimum Wrestling Weights allowed while maintaining a healthy body fat percentage. It delivers fast, accurate results while saving you time and helping to promote safe and optimal conditioning. Preset with both Collegiate and High School minimum body fat percentile standards gives you the ability use the same machine for any weight class of wrestlers.

Kids Body Fat analysis uses the very same proven, FDA cleared, technology for children that has been applied to adults for over 20 years.  Body weight and BMI can be very misleading when assessing the health for the majority of children age 5 to 17 years old, and will misclassify children with a large frame and solid build.  Measuring body fat levels is a better method of assessing heath, and the effectiveness of lifestyle choices children and adults make.

Using the USB data interface, users are able to program the SC-331S remotely as well as output the data for EMR applications.  Paired with Tanita HealthWare software, users are given the ability to scrutinize and graph the data, dissecting and contrasting body composition measurements to reveal genuine health and fitness levels.
